Numbed down

Of late, I haven’t been feeling like myself, or rather, not like my healthy self. I’ve turned on the numb mode. This in itself would not be a bad thing, if I weren’t becoming anti-social. My bed, my writing, my unmentioned distraction, the annoyance of work, the obligation to church. That’s as far as I’ve been managing to expend myself. Not sure how I feel about calling church an obligation. Ah well, another internal problem to fix later. So far, I’ve managed not to shut out or shut down, but it has made me less active, and attentive. I truly apologise for that my friends. I really don’t mean to hop in and out of your lives so sporadically. To feel, or not to feel. That my dear friends, is really the dilemma, but I’m working on it. <3<3<3

You don’t need to apologise. You still come by and check up and that means more than words can say. Let yourself have some quiet anti-social time; we all need it sometimes. Especially those of us who give so much to other people, like you. Love to you xxx

      • Sounds like very healthy eating to me 😉 I’ll probably take my sleep just after sunrise. I was really supposed to stay up and work on a fiction piece on the back of my mind, but we all see how that turned out (hotdogs and movies) 😀

      • I was watching a Korean movie called Seducing Mr. Right. It was so innocent, and completely harmless, and kept me laughing all night 😀 Right now, I’m finishing off another one called 200 Pound Beauty. Speaking of Korean movies, there was a really sweet teen Korean movie that included classical music that I am now officially in love with. The musician in me was enraptured with it!!!! Beautiful!!! 😀

My partner likes korean films — I just asked him for his favourite: I’m a cyborg but that’s ok. He is a film fanatic but hasn’t heard of seducing Mr Right but the title makes him feel funny as his father is a Mr Right lol xx

      • LOL! I will have to check that out! Sounds like that’s going to be quite entertaining 😀 You both should watch it, it’s really sweet, and quite funny 😀 Maybe his dad is related to the half-Korean half- American guy who was Mr. Right 😉

      • Lol! Definitely sounds fascinating 😀 I’ve never heard of “Old Boy”. I’m going to go search for it I only started my Korean flow a few weeks ago. Bollywood movies are actually more my weakness 😀
