Rambles From Last Evening

We are emotionless

The daughter of deceit

The product of darkness

Our voice is loud

But our words are silent

Feel we cannot

Hurt we will not

We are the stone

Ice of Antartica

Water trickled at my toes

Leaves fluttered in my ears

His eyes were on mine

His lips were a warm blur

Chocolate gaze of love

Sunshine kissed me on the cheeks

And the moment was lost

Tempest dawning in my heart

Shadows standing at my toes

“Silence” cried the universe

And the sound was lost for good

Oh Poet, sing tonight

Oh dancer, write a while

Dear musician carve a move

Play on world

The art is done.

*Note: The last lines are random plays on the way art can be perceived. So nope, I did not lose my mind 😉
